First Registry Services Ltd, incorporated in 1982, is a Kamloops, B.C. based land title and court registry service and a long standing member of the British Columbia Association of Professional Registry Agents. Our title agent and consultant, Daryl Scott Johnson, a former Land Title Office examiner, offers 38 plus years of land related expertise that you can rely on.

First Registry Services offers on site assistance and services from the Kamloops Land Title Office as well as province wide title searching, document & plan retrieval and various miscellaneous requests through on-line services.

Our approach to researching, review and reporting on current and historical information from the records of the Land Title Office is unique and built on years of hands on experience. Requests for environmental assessment searches, historical title abstracts, timber and mineral right reservations, undersurface and crown granted mineral claims, tax sale and forfeitures to crown, historical land valuations and native land claim boundary issues from the records of the registry are all handled with expertise and personal service.
